  This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The line was ginormous to start off. Mind you, this is on a college campus, so this was expected. Finally, when it was my turn to order, I ordered my first item, "plain bagel with cream cheese", the cashier rudely (with a negative expression) said they did not have cream cheese (as if that was the craziest thing she had ever heard). So I asked if they had any other spreads, she replied, "Um No, would you like it warmed up?" I replied, "No scratch the bagel.." and continued with my order. I was appalled at how rude this cashier looked at me and did not seem sorry at all that they did not have this item. I know for a fact they normally have cream cheese with bagels because I've gotten it there before. I then waited approximately 20 mins to receive all of the items I had ordered. I noticed that some people waited very long, while some people did not have to wait at all. The order of who got their drinks/food did not seem fair. One of the staff members admitted to making a drink wrong to one customer. They ran out of cup holders and instead of refilling the holder they are in, they went and retrieved one cup holder for each person that asked, which caused the wait time to increase for everyone else. I was not satisfied with this location of Starbucks. The staff was unfriendly, didn't seem to know what they were doing, and didn't seem to care quite frankly.
